Extended periods of immobilization and systemic health stressors may affect physical comfort, perceived wellness, and overall recovery experiences. Traditional recovery approaches primarily focus on medical stabilization and functional restoration, while supportive wellness strategies remain comparatively fragmented. This paper presents a conceptual framework for organizing non-invasive supportive interventions, combining hardware massage (pressotherapy) with wellness-oriented cosmetic applications to support recovery experiences after periods of reduced physical activity or systemic physiological stress. The framework emphasizes wellness-oriented recovery, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the structured integration of non-invasive supportive practices into broader recovery ecosystems.
