Problematics of the execution of patent object which are technological products as fiduciary guarantees is the impact of disorderly attitude by the community in increasing added value and competitiveness when achieving development goals. It also arises from violations against Law No. 13 of 2016 about patent, ratification of TRIPs (Trade Related Aspect of Intellectual Property Rights), attachment to the rules of World Trade Organization (WTO). The problem is whether patent object can be used as a fiduciary guarantee and how positive law regulates the power of a fiduciary guarantee certificate in the execution. The research methods use a normative juridical method, by used secondary data obtained through study literature and analyzed qualitatively. The result and discussion of this research is that patent object can be used as a fiduciary guarantee and it can be executed if the debtor violate the agreement between parties, where the implementation of the execution is based on Article 29 paragraph 1 of Law No. 42 of 1999 about fiduciary guarantee. Also, the power of the fiduciary guarantee is the same as the court decision that has obtained permanent legal force if the agreement with fiduciary guarantee has been registered.

“Transnationalism” in its broadest sense names the effort to study nations and cultures in a global context. Transnational literature crosses national boundaries, is written by migrant or exiled writers, and read by a global audience. Transnationalism in literary and cultural studies is a vital tool for unravelling the profound yet still unexplored implications that derive from the vast movement of people, texts, languages, translations, art forms and objects across the world. Through the study of transnationalism, we are able to examine and highlight the flows, interchanges and multi-stranded connections between textual and cultural movements across and between borders, boundaries, regions, nations, countries and continents. Whereas the feminism as an ideology that affects transnationalism and the literary output in those countries is labelled as transnational feminism, focusing on spaces of conflict, of contradiction, of contact in which women, women of colour, and other marginalized sections, have transformed discourses and spaces that exclude them, into ‘spaces of possibility and collaboration’. This paper attempts to analyse Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie’s text Americanah as a transnational feminist novel using the theories of deconstruction and negofeminism as the tools of evaluation and analysis.

Cement most conform the minimum standard for use. The study is focused to assess minimum quality of cement maintained at field practice at Lokanthali Area. The quality of cement in use at site was examined by manual field test and lab test was conducted for the confirmation of physical properties of most preferred cement brand as per Indian Standard Specifications. Also, secondary data were used to collect the relevant data for the analysis of the results. Hetauda cement being the highest consumer choice brand was tested in the lab. The 28 day compressive strength was found to be 47.48Mpa and 49.56Mpa for old and fresh cement respectively while other physical properties were confirmed as per Indian Standard Specifications. The results of 28 day compressive strength test shows that cement have less than 53 grades and greater than 43 grades. Since, 43 grade is enough for the general construction of structural element below M25 concrete grade, Hetauda cement can be considered as quality brand cement for such uses. It is recommended that manufacturer of Hetauda cement should increase its production capacity to meet the demand of the consumer.

PT Intan Sejati is a company engaged in printing services. The production process at PT. Intan Sejati uses 96 machines. The maintenance activities carried out by the company are corrective maintenance. Engine damage in the period (January-December) in 2018 shows that there are 636 engine failures that require part replacement with 44% of damage occurring in the printing machine, which means the machine's printing process is a critical machine. This study was conducted to classify the criterion index part of the machine using the Reliability Centered Spares method, sorting out critical parts repairable and non repairable, determining the needs of critical parts using the Poisson Process method, determining the minimum and maximum stock quantities, determining the size of orders for economic parts using the Economic Order Quantity. The results of the RCS worksheet show that there are 3 high critical classification parts, 52 medium critical classification parts, 33 low critical classification parts and 48 not critical classification parts. The calculation of part requirements is carried out on 14 part units which are included in the high category and critical medium and have a frequency of damage ≥3 times. 14 units of parts are included in the category of non repairable parts. The biggest critical part needs are on the XL 105 engine with 61 units and the smallest need is on the SM 52 A engine with 21 units. The largest maximum and minimum amount of inventory is on the CD 102 machine with a supply range of 9-26 units and the smallest inventory is on the XL 105 engine with a supply range of 2-3 units. The largest economical ordering size is on the SM 102 B engine with 11 units and the smallest on the XL 105 engine with 2 units.

Chittasthirikaran stotra is a popular and already proved verse. Chitta is manas i.e. mind. Sthirikarana is ‘to stabilize’. Strotra means a ‘holy verse for chanting’. This stotra was selected to observe its efficiency for establishment of mental peace. Vedic Mantra recitation is a task and is difficult to chant. Proper chanting needs a proper guide, that is difficult to be obtained every time. Relatively Laukik Sanskrit Mantra is easier and Guru is available. Status of mind is assessed for various psychological conditions (manovega) like depression, anxiety, anger, etc.; before and after chanting of Chittasthirikaran stotra. The difference between the two readings is accepted as effect of chanting Chittasthirikaran stotra. Data is submitted to the statistician and the result is obtained.

Fresh palm oil is known to compose of vitamin A and E; two well known antioxidants which combat alot of ailments caused by reactive oxygen species. Thermoxidized palm oil on the other hand has deleterious effects on some organs. This study was done to find out the effects of chronic consumption of palm oil on some renal function indices (protein, glucose and creatinine) in rats. Thirty male albino rats (weighing 140g-160g) of the wistar strain were randomly divided into three groups of ten rats each namely: control; (fed normal rat chow), FPO (fed 15%w/w fresh palm oil diets) and TPO (fed 15%w/w thermoxidized palm oil diets). All groups had free access to tap water. Results showed that plasma protein levels in TPO-fed animals were significantly (P<0.001) higher compared with control and FPO-fed groups. Creatinine levels were significantly (P<0.001) higher in TPO-fed group than those of the control and FPO-fed groups. Urine protein, glucose and creatinine levels in the TPO-fed group were significantly (P<0.001) higher than those of control and FPO groups. Conclusion: Chronic consumption of thermoxidized palm oil distorts renal handling of protein, glucose and Creatinine, while fresh palm oil maintains these renal function indices.

Understanding the differences between games and sports can be done when we can identify the two terms as two different words. A sport is a physical activity carried out under fixed set of rules, with competition or self-enjoyment or a combination of both. A game is a recreational activity involving one or more players, defined by a goal that the players try to reach, and some set of rules to play it. Most of the people is confused between Sport and game because the word game has several meanings. Actually we can play a game of sports, but we can't sport a game. Olympics they are called the OLYMPIC GAMES and all the competitions are in specific Sports. Cue sports are a wide variety of games of skill generally played with a cue stick which is used to strike billiard balls, moving them around a cloth-covered billiards table surrounded by rubber cushions. Billiards is a sport, and you can play different games within the sport: eight- ball, nine- ball, three ball, one pocket and bank pool. Pocket Billiards has been declared a Sport by the Olympic Committee. Billiards category including pool, snooker and carom was presented in the 2005 World Games, held in Duisburg, Germany, and the 2006 Asian Games as a cue sports category. Thus, definitely billiards should be announced as a sport.
