The main purpose of current study was to assess the relationship between self-compassion and emotional intelligence among nurses. For the accomplishment of this purpose 153 registered nurses were selected as study participants from Punjab Institute of Mental Health, Lahore. Well-constructed questionnaires by Dr. Neff were distributed among staff nurses to collect data. Data analysis was done on SPSS version 21. Descriptive analysis, correlation and regression tests were applied for the analysis of results. The results of study show positive relationship in both variables among nurses.
